Farmington Hills, Mich. – September 18, 2019 –  Timeline for “with hardware” Transition Completion Date Set.  In December 2018 Akebono released 192 new part numbers for existing applications, which originally did not include abutment clip hardware, with this product expansion, Akebono now includes premium 301 stainless steel hardware in over 400 SKU’s providing the required hardware in the kit for all popular applications.

Farmington Hills, Mich. – August 27, 2019 – Today Akebono Brake Corporation expanded it’s Ultra-Premium Disc Brake Pad line by four; three ProACT and one EURO part number.  Premium stainless steel abutment hardware is included in the two ProACT kits that require it and the EURO kit includes electronic wear sensor.
