In December 2018 Akebono released 192 new part numbers for existing applications, which originally did not include abutment clip hardware, with this product expansion, Akebono now includes premium 301 stainless steel hardware in over 400 SKU’s providing the required hardware in the kit for all popular applications.
We recently announced to all direct customers, in bulletin AK218 dated September 18th that, effective March 31st, 2020 the transition of the “with hardware” brake pads will be completed, which will help us improve order fill and reduce delivery times.
