Farmington Hills, Mich. – December 9, 2022 – This week Akebono Brake Corporation expanded its EURO Ultra-Premium Disc Brake Pad line by three new part numbers: EUR1850, EUR1850A and EUR1850B and Akebono Performance by one new part number: ASP1718.  Electronic wear sensor and Premium stainless steel abutment hardware is included in the kits that require it.

Farmington Hills, Mich. – September 16, 2022 –Akebono Brake Corporation added front and rear brake coverage for a variety of Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Jeep, RAM and Toyota vehicles in the ProACT Ultra-Premium Disc Brake Pad line; ACT1852, ACT1896, ACT2169 and ACT2172. Kits also include Premium 301 Stainless Steel Abutment Hardware.

Farmington Hills, Mich. – March 21, 2022 - Akebono Brake Corporation is excited to announce the addition of Carl Tellier to the Aftermarket Sales Team.  Carl will fill the role of Eastern Regional Sales Manager, reporting to Mike Eldard, National Sales Manager.   Carl has an impressive 33 years of Automotive Aftermarket experience. He has held key sales positions with Tenneco Automotive/Driv with his most recent position at MAT Holdings Inc. as Director of Sales.
